The current types of pressure sensors are roughly divided into: resistance strain gauge pressure sensor, semiconductor strain gauge pressure sensor, piezoresistive pressure sensor, inductive pressure sensor, capacitive pressure sensor, resonant pressure sensor and capacitive acceleration sensor.

The main function of pressure sensor is to transmit the pressure signal to electronic equipment. The basic principle is to convert the mechanical signal of water pressure into current (4-20mA). Such electronic signal has a linear relationship with voltage or current, which is a proportional relationship. Therefore, the output voltage or current of the sensor increases with the increase of pressure, and the relationship between pressure and voltage or current is obtained.

The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure sensor enter into the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber. The pressure of the low pressure chamber uses atmospheric pressure or vacuum, acts on the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the triangular element (i.e. the sensitive element), and is transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm, and the filling liquid in the element.

The pressure sensor consists of a measuring diaphragm and electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet to form a capacitor. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the measuring diaphragm will shift, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is not equal. Through the oscillation and demodulation link, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure. Main advantages of pressure sensor:

(4) 4-20mA, DC two-wire signal transmission, strong anti-interference ability, long transmission distance.

(5) There are three indicator heads: LED, LCD and indicator, which are very easy to read on site. It can be used to measure viscous, crystalline and corrosive media.

(6) The pressure sensor has high precision and high stability. In addition to the original imported sensor corrected by laser, it can also well compensate the temperature drift and nonlinearity of the whole machine in the temperature range.
